The Interlocal Purchasing System
TIPS is an acronym for The Interlocal Purchasing System. TIPS is a national purchasing cooperative that offers access to competitively procured purchasing contracts to its membership. TIPS is housed at and managed by the Region 8 Education Service Center located in Pittsburg, Texas.

Warranty and Liability
Netsync services shall be performed in a skillful and professional manner, using industry best practices and equal to, or surpassing, the requirements identified in each Statement of Work. Customer shall notify Netsync in writing within thirty (30) days after completion of the services in question when any of the services fail to meet the standards of care set forth in this Agreement. If no notification is made within a thirty (30) day period following completion of the services, this will constitute the customer’s final acceptance of the services. If Netsync’s obligations are compromised by reason of any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Netsync, including without limitation, acts of war, terrorism, civil disobedience, severe weather or other acts of God, failures of suppliers to deliver equipment; then Netsync’s obligation for providing product or services will be on a best effort basis. For third-party products manufactured or supplied to Netsync for resale to customer, Netsync limits warranty to what is offered by the respective manufacturer or supplier. This warranty shall be transferred or assigned to customer, and customer’s recovery is limited to recovery against such manufacturer or supplier for breach of any applicable warranties of manufacturer or supplier. In the event of a claim by customer for breach of product warranty, Netsync must follow the warranty policy established by the manufacturer, which may require return of the warranted item to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
