Netsync’s David Irek to Speak at SHLB Coalition’s “AnchorNets” Conference
On Wednesday, October 16, 2019, at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel in Crystal City, Virginia, David Irek, Global Practice Manager – Optical, WAN & SP for Netsync, will speak during the Fiber Build or Buy Workshop, part of the Schools, Health & Libraries (SHLB) Coalition’s “AnchorNets” Conference, the only event that brings together the private, public and nonprofit sectors around the goal of connecting schools, libraries, healthcare providers and their communities with high-quality, affordable broadband.
Running from October 16-18, this is the largest E-rate conference in the country and is particularly timely as the FCC and USAC are currently implementing substantial changes to the E-rate program. For anyone who has any involvement with pursuing E-rate funding, this conference will be critical to understanding these changes, as key policymakers – including two FCC Commissioners – will be in attendance to discuss both the current changes and the future of the program.
Headquartered in Washington, D.C., the Schools, Health & Libraries Broadband (SHLB) Coalition is a nonprofit, 501(c)3 organization that represents a diverse body of members from across the United States. SHLB’s mission is “for every anchor institution in the country to have affordable, high-quality broadband that serves the needs of the institution and is open and accessible by the surrounding community.”
Netsync is a proud Gold sponsor of the “AnchorNets” conference.
